Advance reservations are recommended as trips require a minimum number of passengers to run. Tickets can be purchased online or at our ticket offices at Dream Catcher Pier or Secret Beach Bar & Grill. Your reservation will not be confirmed and you will not be charged until the minimum has been met. In such cases where the minimum is not met, you will have the option of paying for the minimum number of passengers, rescheduling your trip, or cancelling without penalty.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations for Secret Beach Boat Shuttle scheduled trips made less than 48 hours before the scheduled departure time will result in a forfeiture of payment (no refund).

Cancellations for charters made less than 7 days before the scheduled departure date will result in a forfeiture or payment (no refund).

All cancellation requests must be in writing via email to info@secretbeachboat.com or WhatsApp +501-611-4133.

Tickets for no-shows and customers who fail to check-in 15 minutes or more before the scheduled departure time are non-refundable.

Secret Beach Boat Shuttle reserves the right to cancel or modify any trip due to weather conditions, mechanical breakdowns, insufficient number of passengers, and any other circumstances beyond our control.
